hello, i suggest to all the readers,that eat healthy foods,ie, ra
vegetables,
highly contented fibre vegetables (eg: beans, carrot, greenleaves, etc
because nowway days nobody have time to spend in cooking. so i sugges
atleast spend a half-an-hour in cooking and make healthy highly ric
proteins vitamins and low calorie food. And donot eat junk food
because you will suffer after 2or 3 years you will get obesity. and i
donot have any thing expect high calorie. and drink plenty of wate
everyday, atleast consume 6 to 8 glasses of water a da
